Physical Examination
Massachusetts School Health Law requires that children have a physical examination upon entry to school and in grades K, 6, and 9. An examination should be performed by your child's pediatrician or primary care provider. Also, if your child will be participating in any kind of sports activity, a physical exam performed within the past year must be on file with the school nurse.
