Emergency Information
If a student becomes ill at school, the nurse will call a parent. Students who are ill will be released to a parent or guardian or backup person listed on the student's emergency card. In cases of life-threatening illness or injury, the student will be transported by emergency medical services (EMS) to the nearest medical facility. Please inform the nurse and the office if your phone numbers and / or job number changes. Up-to-date information is needed in case a parent needs to be reached in an emergency.
