The best of health to you! My name is Nurse De. I am the school nurse at the Frederick. I am here M-F from 9:00-5:00 except Wednesdays until 3:30 pm. The nurse's office is located next to the main office. Communication is paramount to helping me help you and your child. If your child has any special health needs or concerns, you can make me aware of them by calling 671-635-1650- x105 and by filling out the emergency card.
My goal is to keep your child safe and healthy. You can help me in meeting this goal by keeping your child home if he / she has:
~a fever over 100 degrees orally or higher in the past 24 hours
~vomiting or diarrhea within the past 24 hours
~a rash or other condition you feel may be contagious
~Severe earache
~Suspected contagious diseases (until on treatment for 24 hours)
Please be sure your child gets a good night sleep. Breakfast is provided for all our students. All of this will help for a successful and healthy school year.
